The need
I want all surviving evidence relating to Great House Farm / Tŷ Mawr recovered.
What I want
- Every available route for obtaining records and artefacts exhausted.
- Anything that cannot be obtained positively ruled out as destroyed, missing, classified, or lost forever.
- If evidence of fraud, concealment, or government involvement is discovered that meets the threshold to reopen a case or report it, that triggers a separate project running in parallel.
What I do not want in this document
How the work will be done. That belongs to the Project Brief. The detailed schedule belongs to the Project Plan.
