Business Case — current baseline, 19 Oct 2026

Current baseline, 19 Oct 2026 (PM File v0.1). Where earlier sections on this page differ, this one governs; they are kept as history.

Reasons

Sion’s aim: to reopen BP Properties Ltd v Buckler [1987] EWCA Civ 2 on fraud/concealment grounds and seek reparations. That needs evidence meeting the fraud test (Takhar v Gracefield [2019] UKSC 13) or concealment under Limitation Act 1980 s.32 (Canada Square v Potter [2023] UKSC 41). This is our case, not a finding of any court.
