1. Plan — month ahead

Use HMLR’s retrieved registration material to reconstruct the title sequence; progress FOI F260213; preserve the distinction between current registration and underlying root-title evidence; continue TNA search refinement.

2. Performance — end of month

The HMLR outputs dated in the table below moved the project from general concern to a documented registration-history position that could be tested against the underlying first-registration file (see Land Registry Titles).

3. Issues, Risks, Concerns

The key risk is conflating a register-level administrative conclusion with proof of the underlying historical title. The project therefore needs the actual application file, conveyances, plans and any objections or certificates relied upon. The FOI route alone may not answer those questions.

FOI / records-access timestamps

12–13 Mar 2026HMLR FOI teamRequested title number; said supplied information did not permit progress
23 Mar 2026HMLRRegistration history for WA231076 / WA240304; stated there was no evidence of a mistake in the register

4. Plan Moving Forward / Next Month

In April, complete FOI F260213; obtain and analyse the first-registration schedule; prepare the first-stage HMLR complaint on unresolved points; map each title assertion to its primary document or mark it unresolved.
