Key issues and risks
- R-007 / R-002: OC2 copies (£11 each, published fee) deferred; Form 1C sits on the ICR critical path.
- H-WGR-1940 not supported. Against the case: Bute sold Cwm Cydfin wood as owner, 1902; SSSI outside the farmhouse parcel.
- R-004: several requests to one body at once; space new requests, 1–2 per body per day.
- R-010 WordPress connection, about mid-Nov; R-013 damages inputs outstanding.
Decisions needed
- Press and solicitors correspondence pages: publish (trimmed) or keep unpublished.
- ICR: declined 9 Oct? Reconsider, or treat as final for PHSO.
- Approve the four new EIR requests and their dates.
- OC2 copies: hold, or order now to protect the ICR date.
Costs
Litigant-in-person time, 5298 head 8, £24/h: £6,480 / £12,960 / £25,920 (270 / 540 / 1,080 h; ESTIMATE, hours TBC). Gmail proxy ≈200–203 h ≈ £4,870 (ESTIMATE, floor). Spend this period: £0.
Lessons
- Check a platform’s limits before reporting a result (Facebook feed dates).
- Trim personal material before publishing correspondence.
- Other-AI research is a lead only (L-006).
Out-of-period control update — 19 October 2026
This addendum is outside the reporting period above (12–18 October). It supplements, but does not rewrite, HR-02.
HubSpot live audit: 305 tasks (201 NOT_STARTED, 48 WAITING, 21 IN_PROGRESS, 35 COMPLETED); 111 open tasks flagged overdue; 72 open tasks have priority NONE. There are 70 tickets in open stages and 27 direct task-to-ticket associations. The distinct “past due date” flag covers 146 records and is not interchangeable with the overdue flag.
Communications safety: 22 tasks mirror drafts explicitly labelled DON’T SEND. Ten were moved to WAITING / LOW for review on 26 October, preserving their bodies, recipients, Gmail message IDs and draft links; 12 remain to triage. No email was sent as part of this housekeeping.
Control response: record a dated run for every actual review cycle; preserve the original artifact and provenance before interpretation; catalogue it; update the case ticket and appropriate WP/project associations; set an accountable owner, priority, justified date and next action; close only on the acceptance test. No automatic merge or deletion.
Deadlines to check against the live case records: Llandough CC 22 October; Cadw ATISN 27589 26 October; HMLR SAR 28 October; conditional ICO decision 29 October; OC2 exception trigger 6 November; SWP/MOD target 9 November; ICR target 13 November and window control 18 November. These are control dates, not assertions that an action has been completed.
