Highlight Report HR-E01 — 20 October 2026
Status
Stage S0 (discovery and inventory) complete; S1 (independence and consolidation) in progress, on time and within cost tolerance (no spending).
Work completed this period
- Cloudflare and GitHub inventory; wasted preview builds removed; a flywheel status page added.
- Privacy sweep across 40 public sites and 67 PDFs; two personal documents taken off the image library.
- Internet Archive inventory: 6,132 public addresses across 39 hosts.
- projects.bucklerfamily.estate created, themed, and now made independent: every link to the hosted wiki removed; the case pages grouped under Workstream: evidence recovery; estate-level mandate, business case, PID, roles, registers and this report added.
- Asset Register: 81 configuration items; 47 live, 7 down, 1 error at first check.
- Campus: library building checked; e-book sub-building added beside the Wayback archive.
Work planned next period
- Executive decisions (below).
- S2 preparation: export plan for each data store; triage of the down addresses; library restore plan.
- Redacted e-book edition goes live on the campus shop page.
Issues and risks
- Backups (R-02, score 16): Internet Archive saving needs an archive.org account.
- Privacy (R-03): old Git history still holds redacted data.
- research.bucklerfamily.estate error (I-01); seven addresses down (I-02).
Decisions needed from the Executive
- Create an archive.org account (free) so every public page can be saved to the Wayback Machine.
- Purge redacted data from old Git history — permanent — yes or no.
- Slow the research importer from every minute.
- Slim the hosted wiki’s migrated pages to stubs, or keep them in full.
- Retire, restore or park the seven down addresses.
