Order: deadline that can lapse, then open case that can autoclose, then catalogue, then research, then museum. Holds and optional outreach are not worked. Does not write task content, wiki pages, or findings.

• ROLE-RES Researcher. HubSpot contact 883251527929. Evidence, title chain, courts, heritage, anomalies, missing-records lines. Does not publish a page, close a task, or send mail.
• ROLE-LIB Librarian. HubSpot contact 883206336724. Wiki structure, Evidence Library, citations, source IDs, redaction before publication. Does not decide a legal conclusion or send a complaint.
• ROLE-ADM Administrator. HubSpot contact 883197126887. Draft log, sent-mail log, FOI/SAR clocks, file control, access requests. Does not rewrite the public narrative.
• ROLE-CUR Curator. HubSpot contact 883235398888. P3 accession and P4 replica, interpretation, evidence-graded reconstruction. Does not file title or accountability claims.

P2-F Fraud and Conduct has no seat until evidence identifies a dishonest person and a causal link.
